Donald M. Kirby, age 72, of Paducah, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019, 1:00 p.m., at Baptist Health Paducah.

He was a member of New Greater Love Church where he served as an usher.

He was retired from the Yellow Freight Company as a truck driver.

He was preceded in death by one son, Darnell Kirby and his mother Lois Morgan.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Jo Smith Kirby of Jackson, TN; two sons; William Kirbyof Jackson, TN and Donald Kirby, of Elizabethtown, KY; three daughters; Kathy Anderson, Barbara Kirby and Lynn Donaldson all of Jackson, TN; twelve grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren and other relatives.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, August 31, 2019, 11:00 a.m., at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church with Elder LaRita Horton officiating. Burial will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Friends may call on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Pettus Rowland Funeral Home and again on Saturday, August 31, 2019, at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
