Wilson Wilkinson

W.T. Wilkinson, age 83, of Paducah passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at 4:05 p.m. at the Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

He was a native of Murray, Ky., and was a member of Southland Baptist Temple. He was a retired general contractor and served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Louise Evelyn Boyd Wilkinson; and two daughters, Hays Smith and husband Bill and JoAnn Belt and husband Wayne, all of Paducah; six grandchildren, Penny Vaughn, Everett Fiers, Teresa Fiers, Lisa Peck, Jenny Arant and Phillip Belt; three great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Betty Fiers, and his parents, Dewey Wilkinson and Lillie Compton Wilkinson.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 8, 2013, at the Keeling Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Glover officiating. Burial will follow in the Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 12 noon until the funeral hour Friday at the funeral home.
