Wilma Lee Starks, 86, of Paducah passed away at 1:25 p.m. Thursday, January 31, 2013, at her residence at Culpepper Place in Paducah.
She was a member of Twelve Oaks Baptist Church, where she had served as pianist for 30 years. She was retired from Sears as a decorator consultant and also worked at JC Penney as a drapery consultant.
She is survived by three sons, Larry Starks of Bardstown, Ky., Mike Starks of Ponte Vedra, Fla., and Phillip Starks of Paducah, Ky.; one granddaughter; three stepgranddaughters; four grandsons; four stepgrandsons; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Ernest E. Starks; one sister, Anna McDonald; one brother, Leonard Salyer Jr.; and a daughter-in-law, Regina Starks. Her parents were Leonard and Mary Elizabeth Lee Salyer.
Services will be at 12 noon Saturday, February 2, 2013, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Louis Brinker officiating.
Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery in Paducah.
