Wanda Attebury

Wanda “T” Atterbury of Reidland, Kentucky, passed away on November 18, 2021, at her residence.

Wanda was born in Paducah on July 30, 1943, to the late Curtis Oliver and Bertha May “Hicks” Tucker. She was of the Baptist faith. Wanda spent most of her work career working at Stone Lang Company for 32 years. She loved to travel and enjoy life to its fullest, she enjoyed flowers and loved working in her flower gardens. Each evening Wanda loved to sit down and relax, watching The Wheel of Fortune on television.

Wanda is survived by her husband of 59 years, Tommy Attebury; one sister-in-law, Wanda Carrell of Paducah; three nieces and nephews, Dianna Hampton (David), Todd Carrell (Shari), and Sheila Kortz (Gary), all of Paducah; five great nieces and nephews; and five great-great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Donnie Tucker; and one sister-in-law, Patty Moore Tucker.

A service is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Milner & Orr of Paducah with Bro. Todd Hawkins officiating.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Milner & Orr of Paducah.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Mercy Health Hospice, 911 Joe Clifton Drive, Paducah, Kentucky 42001.
