MAYFIELD - Violet Hiett, 90 of Mayfield, died at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday at Mills Health & Rehab in Mayfield.
She was a member of the Northside Church of Christ and a homemaker.
She is survived by a daughter, Carol Baker of Mayfield; a brother, Gene Baldwin of Mayfield; three grandsons and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James William "Bill " Hiett; a son, Billy Hiett, and her parents, John and Ann Violett Baldwin.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield with grandsons Dr. Donald Spicer, David Spicer and Jay Hiett officiating. Burial will be in Maplelawn Cemetery in Paducah.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
