Robert Mannon Sr

Robert Lee Mannon Sr., 86, of Gilbertsville died on Monday September 8, 2014 at his home.
Mr. Mannon was a retired riverboat captain.
Surviving are two sons, Robert Mannon Jr. of Paducah, Mark Mannon of Paducah; three daughters, Jackie Riley of Paducah, Margaret Orr of Gilbertsville, Shirley Lewis of Gilbertsville; one brother, Claudie Mannon of Reidland; eleven grandchiildren; and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded by his wife, Dorothy Jean Mannon, four brothers, and one sister. His parents were Grover Cleveland Mannon and Chloe Mannon.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at Maplelawn Park Cemetery with the Rev. Topper Council officiating.
Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
