Regina Miller

April 16, 1932 — January 16, 2015

Regina Miller, 82, of Paducah passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015 at Parkview Nursing and Rehab.

Ms. Miller was a retired telephone operator and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on July 16, 1971. She spent the last 28 years of her life in the full-time ministry, helping people learn about God's kingdom and the truths found in the Bible.

Surviving are her sister-in-law, Nina Miller of Olive Branch, Miss.; two nieces, Jennifer Landers of Southaven, Miss., and Mary Copeland of Richmond, Texas; three nephews, Steven Craig Miller of Memphis, Tenn., Mark Allen Miller of Coro Lake, Tenn., and James Waid of Olive Branch, Miss.; and several great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Joseph Miller Jr.; and her stepmother, Ruby Lucille Goodman Miller. Her parents were Joseph Henry Miller Sr. and Thelma Magdalene Hall Miller.

Memorial services will be on Saturday, January 24, 2015, at 3:30 p.m at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Paducah, 3035 Parker St., with Jim Ricks officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses worldwide work at the local Kingdom Hall or by visiting www.jw.org; or to St. Jude Children's Hospital, PO Box 60 Memphis TN 38101.

Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
