Raymond Jimison

Raymond “Jim” T. Jimison, 71, of Paducah passed away on Monday, September 23, 2019 at his residence with his family by his side.

Mr. Jimison was formerly a chief engineer with Ingram Barge Company and a U.S. Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War with the 187th AHC. He was a member of The Restored Church of God.

Surviving is his wife, Brenda Jimison of Paducah; three children, James Jimson of Paducah, Wesley Jimison of Macon, GA, and Nikki Hyde of Paducah; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several siblings.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Betty Jimison.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. John McNeely officiating. Entombment will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to service hour on Thursday at the funeral home.
