Mary Ruth Anderson Hines, age 87, of Pleasant View, TN. formerly of West Paducah KY, passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at her home.
She was born February 26, 1929 to wonderful parents Vernon and Wilma Cooper Anderson of West Paducah, KY. She lived in West Paducah for 62 years before moving to Pleasant View, TN in 2005 to be closer to her son. She was a very active member of the Spring Bayou Baptist Church, while living in West Paducah. She is survived by her two sons, Michael Hines and his wife LaDonna of Pleasant View, TN and Robbin Hines of Louisville, KY two grandchildre, Micaela and Rebekah Hines both of Pleasant View. One sister, Joyce Pugh (Ralph) of Kansas City, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Rudy Hines, sister, Doris Harris and brother, Kenneth Hines.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, October 13, 2016 at the Keeling Family Funeral Home with Rev. David Royalty officiating. Burial will follow in the Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The family request expressions of sympathy take form of contributions to the Alive Hospice Program in Nashville TN.
