Martha Baggett

Martha McCoy Baggett, 90, of Paducah died at 12:50 p.m. Thursday at home.

She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church of Paducah.

She is survived by two daughters, Patsy Baggett Buford and Phyllis Baggett Smith, both of Paducah; one son, Teddy Baggett of Gilbertsville; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ishmael A. Baggett; one son, Bobby Nelson Baggett; one grandson; four brothers; and two sisters. Her parents were Herman McCoy and Myrtle Logsdon McCoy.

Services will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Paul Hatcher officiating.

Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Friends may call after 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
