LInda Roberts

Linda F. Roberts, 72, of Paducah, passed away at 7:40 pm on January, 31, 2016 at Vanderbilt
University Medical Center in Nashville TN.
Linda was a retired bus driver for McCracken County School System with 27 years of service; she
also had worked at Florsheim Shoes and CTS in Paducah. She was a member of Salt & Light
Community Church.
She is survived by her husband, Dean Roberts of Paducah; three sons, Greg Roberts and wife
Suzanne of West Paducah, Todd Roberts and wife Sherry of Paducah, Shaun Roberts and wife
Kristen of Calvert City, KY; three sisters, Kay Araki and husband Rock of Paducah, Kathy Shimkus
and husband Mike of Symsonia, and Carolyn Moore of Paducah; one brother Russell Egner and
wife JoAnne of Paducah; eight grandchildren, Ryan Roberts, Preston Roberts, Rachel Roberts,
Justin Roberts, Chandler Roberts, Kameron Roberts, Karson Roberts, Kyler Roberts; and several
neices and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Egner, and her parents, Bennie Egner and
Ernestine Hale Egner.
Funeral services for Linda will be 11:00 am on Friday, February, 5, 2016 at Milner & Orr Funeral
Home of Paducah with Rev. Jim Glover officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Visitation for Linda will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, February, 4, 2016 at Milner &
Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
