KEVIL - Joe Maurice Miller, 96, of Kevil, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at Lourdes hospital.
Mr. Miller was a farmer, a US Army World War II veteran, and a member of the F & AM Lodge 707. He was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his daughter, Linda (Carl) Hannon of Kevil; one granddaughter, Shara (Chris) Romaine of Wickliffe; one grandson, Shane (Jackie) Hannon of Paducah; a special niece, Robin (Mark) Simpkins of Kevil; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-niece.
Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Miller. His parents were Joe and Daisy Miller.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Maplelawn Park Cemetery with Bro. Keith Tilford officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: West McCracken Fire & Rescue, 9340 Ogden Landing Road, West Paducah, KY 42086.
Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
