James Allan West, 40, of Paducah died at 2:50 p.m. Saturday.
Mr. West was employed at Cole Lumber Company of Paducah. He attended Oaklawn Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Dalerie West; one son, Allan West Jr.; two daughters, Amanda West and Courtney West; his mother, Nina Thomasson Bond; his father, James O. West Sr.; his grandmother, Mary Thomasson; one half-brother, James O. West Jr., all of Paducah; one half-sister, Gail Rhodes of Calvert City; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Gary Bond; his stepmother, Brenda West; his grandfather, Jesse Thomasson; one sister; his paternal grandparents; one uncle and two infant half-brothers.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with the Revs. Michael Barnes and Topper Council officiating. Burial will be in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
