Inez Johnson

Inez Astin Johnson, 94, of Paducah, KY passed away at 4:00 a..m. Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Lourdes Hospital. She was born in Memphis, TN. Inez was the retired owner Johnson Enterprises. She was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church, the Paducah LIons Club where she assisted with the annual Lions Club Telethon of Stars for many years.

Inez is survived by two nephews, Steve Shaw and wife Betty of Paducah, KY and Rev. James Earl Shaw and wife Christine of Radcliff, KY; two great nephews and three great nieces; several great great nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Johnson, Jr.. Her parents Ollie Ray Astin and Lilli D. Riley Astin.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m Saturday, August 16, 2014 at the Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah withRev. Jamie Broom and Rev. James Earl Shaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 15, 2014 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
