Glenda Joyce Hunt Carr, 74, of Paducah, KY, passed away at 8:12 pm on Friday, July 15, 2016 at
Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was a housewife and attended Central Church of Christ. She was the past president of Ladies Auxiliary of Fraternal Order of Police.
She is survived by her husband, Robert E. Carr of Paducah, KY; two sons, Robert Brian Carr and wife Keri of Montreal, MO, Darryl G. Carr and wife Jami of Benton, KY; one brother, Dale Hunt and wife Jane of Murphreesboro, TN; four grandchildren, Amy Hefner of Kansas City, MO, Hunter Carr of Wingo, KY, Brady Carr of Benton, KY, and Brynlee Carr of Benton, KY; one great granddaughter, Isla Hefner of Kansas City, MO; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Letha Peck Hunt.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Home of Paducah with Jim Faughn officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5:00pm until 8:00pm on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
