George Buchheit, 78, of Paducah died Tuesday, January 28, 2014, at his home.
Mr. Buchheit was a member of the Church of Christ and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Buchheit; two sons; three daughters; one brother; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Entombment will be in Maplelawn Park Mausoleum. There will be no visitation. Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
