Dorothy Schmidt

Dorothy Mullen Schmidt, 93, passed from this earth to the arms of her Heavenly Father, on November 14, 2014.
She was preceded in death by Louis Henry Schmidt, her husband of 67 years. She is survived by her daughters Jennie (Richard) Boyarski, Julia (Paul) Norvell, and Dutch (Charles) Thurman; grandson
Louis (Carolyn) Norvell; and great grandchildren Henry, Meg, Caroline, and Samuel Norvell.
Preceding in death was her husband; parents, Joseph Carl Mullen & Jennora Matheny Mullen and
one brother, Donald Joseph Mullen.

During the past several years, caregiver became a part of her family including Christi, Debbie, Kyla,
and Wendy also . Most recently, she also has been cared for by the staff of Lourdes Hospice.
She will always be remembered for her love of God, family, friends, and church.

Graveside services will be held Monday, November 17, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Maplelawn Park
Cemetery with Rev. Paul Donner officiating.
