Dorothy Hopkins

BIOGRAPHY
Dorothy Mae Hopkins, 83, passed away Tuesday evening at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
Mrs. Hopkins was a homemaker and member of Southland Baptist Temple of Paducah.
She is survived by her daughter, Joann Alsobrook of Benton; two sons, Jimmy Hopkins of Warrior, Al. , and Timmy Hopkins of Gulf Shores, Al.; one brother, Willie Eugene Campbell of Paducah; one sister, Janice Sharp of Paducah; nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hopkins; her parents, Willie and Essie Story Campbell, and one sister, Barbara Tyler.
Visitation will be Friday at Lindsey Funeral Home from 10am till 12:30pm. Funeral service will begin at 12:30pm with Nelson Shelby officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the St. Judes Foundation.
Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
