DOROTHY JEAN GAINES, age 84 of Southgate, MI, formerly of Paduca, KY, passed away on July 6, 2015 in Southgate, MI. Mrs. Gaines was a former member of Belleview Baptist Church from 1940 to 1968.
She is survived by her bushand, Herman Gaines of Southgate, MI; one daughter, Seleta Johnson of Southgate, MI; two brothers, Robert Chandler of Paducah, KY, Richard Chandler of Paducah, KY; and one grandson, Stephen Johnso of Southgate, MI.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robertson and Birdie Chandler; and one sister.
Funeral services will be held at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah; Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Larry Davidson officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah; Saturday, July 11, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
