Dorothy Baumgardner

Dorothy Nell Baumgardner, 93, of Paduach, Kentucky passed away at 11:41 a.m. Monday, January 22, 2018 in Lexington, Kentucky. She was reitred from Western Baptist Hospital where she worked as a Ward Clerk. Dorothy was a member of Arcadia United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Jenniefer (Douglas) white of Louisville, Kentucky; sons, James (Barbara) Baumgardner of Lexington, Kentucky, Joe (Diana) Baumgardner of Nashiville, Tennessee and Andy (Shelly) Baumagardner of Paducah, Kentucky; daughter-in-law, Mary Beth Baumgardner of Olive HIll, Kentucky; sisters, Jean Fondaw of Paducah, Kentucky and Betty Mattingly of Villa Hills, Kentucky; en grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Baumgardner, son, John "Tony" Baumgardner; sister, Frances Fondaw; brothers, James Oscar Dimmick, Jr. and William Arthur Dimmick. Her parents were James Oscar Dimmick, Sr. and Annis Crouch Dimmick.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Janean Tinsley officiating: Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 5:oo pm until 8:00 pm Friday, January 26, 2018 and after 10:00 am on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
