Bette Osborne

Bette Jeane Osborne, age 94, of Paducah, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 at her residence.

Bette was born in Paducah on March, 15, 1927 to Harmon and Martha Starrett Coker. She, alongside her husband, owned and operated Osborne Laundry in Paducah. She enjoyed collecting Precious Moments, sewing, gardening and watering her plants. Bette was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Bette is survived by one daughter, Rhonda Osborne Goss and husband, Russell of Starkville, Mississippi; one son, Thomas Osborne Jr. of Paducah; two grandchildren, Matthew Ryan Goss and wife, Alexa, Alison Goss Eng and husband, Carl; four great grandchildren, Caden Thomas Eng, Dylan Grace Eng, Addyson Rose Goss, Kylee Ryan Goss; two nieces, Martha Coker Darnell and Patti Coker Mayes.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Thomas A. Osborne, Sr.; one sister, Mary Lucille Roberts; one brother, H.L. Coker, Jr., and her parents.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 3 , 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. James Calhoun officiating. Burial will follow the service at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 3, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
