Obituary for Anita Griggs
Anita Griggs, 73, of Paducah, died at 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2015, at her residence.
Anita retired from Hampton Inn in Paducah where she was a housekeeper. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Paducah and was a volunteer at Lourdes Hospice.
She is survived by her daughter, Tina Griggs of Paducah, KY.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gillmer H. Griggs and her parents, Louis Everitt True and Orean Nelson True.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. John Aitken officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery in Paducah, KY.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the service time of 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
